Junior researcher Anže Mraz has been awarded the »Fernando Tommasini« award for the most comprehensible talk at the CROSSNANO 2021 workshop that took place virtually from 23.2. to 25.2.2021. The workshop was organised by the University of Trieste, Jozef Stefan International Postgraduate School and the Jozef Stefan Institute. It hosted 40 students from different fields of nanoscience and nanotechnology. Anže Mraz gave a 15-minute talk titled »Nanoscale Charge Configuration Memory devices and their use in cryocomputing environment«.
